Day 1 : (Arrival at Baghdogra airport or NJP railway station and transfer to Darjeeling, NH110 68km)
Arrival at Baghdogra airport or NJP railway station from the different destination than drive to Darjeeling for 3hours, via Kurseong, Ghoom station, Darjeeling. And stay overnight.
Day 2 : (Drive from Darjeeling Maneybhanjang Dhotrey 2700meters. 46Km. and trek tumbling 7km.)
Depart at 0700hours after breakfast drive to Dhotrey for 3hours to start trekking, Dhotrey is a small hamlet surrounded by pine forest at elevation 2700meters which is initial point for trekking, from Dhotrey 5km uphill trail trek on stone paved through the Rhododendron forest reach Tonglu at the height 3070meters where we get fabulous view of both the Singalaila, Chola range, Darjeeling and Sikkim far across on the ridge, after view descent 2km to tumbling now on a pitch road which makes your work comfortable. Upon arrival at tumbling check in at private lodge overnight.
Day 3 : (Trek Tumbling - Gairibas 2621meters- Kalpokhari 3081meters 4 to 5 hours trek.)
Rise early for a sunrise view from tumbling itself if weather permitting we get a fabulous view of Mt. Kanchenjunga range, Chamalang and opposite side plains of Siliguri and Nepal. After breakfast start trekking after few minute we enter Singalila range National Park, Nature forest cascading streams, and wild flowers would be wonderful sight. And easy downhill walk just 7km will bring us Gairibas. From Gairibas we have to ascent top climb almost 2km. Rest have a lunch at Kaiyakatta continue trekking 4km to Kalpokhari stay overnight.
Day 4 : (Kalpokhari to Sandakphu 6Km/3hours. 3636meters )
Today will be hard core trek, very steep climb to Sandakphu and feel effects of thinner air as we climb over 3000 meters. 2km gradual and 4km uphill takes about 3 to 4 hours, stay overnight. Sandakphu if the weather is clear we can view of remarkable sunrise sunset Mt. Kanchenjunga, Mt. Everest and family. We must know that Sandakphu is the highest point in entire West Bengal.
Day 5 : (Sandakphu Sabargram 3536meter and Phalut 3600meter 21km 7hours trek.)
Wake up early to see spectacular view of sunrise and four of the worlds highest peak in the world the entire Mt. Kanchenjunga range, On the west Mt Everest family, to east Chola range different passes Nathula, Jalepla and Chola pass and to South plains. After breakfast trek along the ridge to Phalut, we have to cover 21km, today is a longest and tiring trek up and down, but the trekking on the crest line of the ridge would present spell bound view which you never forget entire your life, the trail is linked with Silver fir, Oak, Magnolia, and Rhododendron of hues. During spring bloom of wild flowers primula and other. The majestic Mt . Kanchenjunga range right ahead towords left you will see the Mt. Everest, Lotshe and Makalu. After we reach Sabargram halt for lunch now the last 7km phalut is again down hill uphill trek will take 2 to 3 hours, eventually final stretch of the trails is zig-zags uphill and vegetation is barren, stay overnight. With limited facilities.
Day 6 : (Phalut Rammam 2560meters. 5 to 6 hours trek.)
Today if interest rise up early take short walk 25 minute to phalut view point for sunrise on mountain. After breakfast 15km trek with a knee wobbling descent downhill into the Rammam valley from phalut we trek on bridle path through the rhododendron, chees nuts, Pine, and Bamboo forest. We reach village called Gurkhay which is small hamlet with the terraces river flowing look like picture post card which makes you trip to see. Halt for a lunch or stay overnight or continue uphill trekking and passing through spectacular picturesque village of Samaden- also known as the lost valley. Samaden stand on a Platu in the middle of dense forest with fertile fields continuing descent to a stream and then uphill to reach the Rammam village. Stay overnight.
Day 7 : (Ramam Sirikhola- Rimbick 2286meter.)
After breakfast trek to Rimbick. Start trekking 4km level walk 5km downhill through the forest, stream cultivated field of cardamom and different crops, hamlet orchid with the birds sound we reach Sirikhola, beside stream where we can have our picnic lunch, there after 7km steady climb to Rimbick Bazar along the road ahead, stay overnight.
Day 8 : (Rimbick Darjeeling 56km 3 hours drive.)
After breakfast, depart 0800hours drive 4hour to darjeeling.
